Terms of Service

Last updated: June 10, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PayStarSea cryptocurrency payment gateway, merchant dashboard, APIs, WordPress plugin, and related services (collectively, the "Services") operated by PayStarSea ("we", "us", or "our"). By registering for an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Account

You must be legally able to enter into contracts and comply with applicable laws in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and safeguarding API credentials, webhook secrets, and login credentials.

2. Payment Processing Services

PayStarSea provides technology that enables merchants to accept cryptocurrency payments. We are a payment technology provider, not a bank, money transmitter, or custodian unless explicitly stated in a separate agreement. Settlement timing, fees, supported assets, and networks depend on your merchant configuration and applicable product rules.

3. Merchant Responsibilities

4. Fees

Fees for processing, settlement, and optional services are disclosed in your merchant agreement or dashboard. Network fees (gas) may apply depending on blockchain conditions and settlement mode.

5. Data and API Usage

When you use our APIs or plugins, order and payment data is transmitted to PayStarSea infrastructure for order creation, payment verification, risk controls, and settlement orchestration. Use of the Services is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

6. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Blockchain networks, third-party RPC providers, and maintenance windows may affect payment confirmation times.

7. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably suspect fraud, sanctions risk, security issues, or violations of these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time; outstanding settlement obligations may continue until completed per product rules.

8. Disclaimer

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, except where prohibited by law. Cryptocurrency values are volatile; you are responsible for pricing and customer communication.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PayStarSea is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from blockchain delays, user wallet errors, or force majeure events.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
